The Girls in the Middle conference is coming soon. The conference is open to al 5th-8th grade girls. The event is scheduled for Saturday, March 5th, 2022.
Registration is now open, but the deadline to get registered is Tuesday, February 15th. Girls will be picked up at the Rocky Ford Bus Barn at 8:30am on March 5th and will be returned to the Rocky Ford Bus Barn to be picked up.

Keynote Speaker: Melody Lovin grew up in Boca Raton, Florida. She received her BA in Meteorology from Florida State University in 2008, and a Master of Science in Geography (with a specialization in GIS, the Spatial Sciences) in 2009. Lovin spent several years working for the National Weather Service as a meteorologist, first in Duluth, Minnesota, then most recently, in Key West, Florida, as part of their hurricane tracking team. Since 2018 she has been working for NASA and the US Space Force as the Launch Weather Officer for the 45th Weather Squadron at the Air Force Space Command. Melody currently lives on the Space Coast in Florida with her husband Justin, kids Snow & Mercury, and a cat named Shady.

Rocky Ford School District would like to offer complimentary COVID testing for Rocky Ford fans wanting to attend State Wrestling at Ball Arena. Our school nurse will be offering on site testing to provide the required documentation to enter the arena. She will be at RFJSHS from 8-4 on Feb 16th. No appointment is necessary.
