**WPS/JIS** It's about that time of year for the Annual Ice Cream Social! We will be having a meeting 3/27/24 at 5:30 pm at WPS to start the planning of the event. If you would like to be a part of this event and help out, please join us.
Parents just a reminder:
If your student is ill please keep them home. Here are some guidelines we use from the Colorado Department of Education:
Fever is a temperature of 100.4°F or greater. The child or staff member may return to school or child care if they have been fever free 24 hours without fever-reducing medications.
Flu-like symptoms: Fever with sore throat or cough. Children and staff may return to school or child care as long as they are fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications and other symptoms are improving,
Vomiting: The child or staff member may return 24 hours after their last episode of vomiting.

WEDNESDAY 2/28 - "My Many Colored Days Day" (3rd Grade wears Blue, 4th Grade wears Purple, 5th Grade wears Yellow and 6th Grade wears Red)
THURSDAY 2/29 - "Fox in Socks Day" (Wear your Dr. Seuss Socks or crazy socks)
All students still must follow the school dress code and have appropriate shoes for recess and PE.
